Avocado Sandwich Recipe: Balanced Snacks

With our avocado sandwich recipe, you can quickly and easily prepare a balanced meal: whether for breakfast, a snack between meals, or dinner, our avocado sandwich brings variety to your diet and contains numerous ingredients such as protein, fatty acids, and carbohydrates that your body needs to stay efficient throughout the day.

Prepare Avocado Sandwich Recipes With Ripe Fruit

Regardless of the avocado variety, you should pay attention to the degree of ripeness of the fruit when buying it. Avocados are best for a sandwich if they give slightly when the surface of the fruit is pressed lightly. They usually have a soft and aromatic pulp that can be easily processed into a creamy spread. Solid specimens have to ripen for a few days before they can be used for cooking. You shouldn’t compromise on the quality of the other ingredients either.

Tip: You can also serve the sandwiches vegetarian or vegan. For example, leave out the tuna or try our avocado sandwich with smoked tofu. If you don’t want to do without fruit, try our sandwich with avocado and curry pineapple spread. You can get a particularly flavorful snack with the green fruit with our filled bread bag recipe; simply delicious!

Avocado Sandwich Recipes – Flavorful Appetizers

For an uncomplicated starter, combining ripe avocados with aromatic, intensely tasting components such as fresh herbs, spices, garlic, chili, or lemon is best. Our avocado bruschetta is particularly good for a quick entree for a cozy evening with friends, which is ready to eat in 25 minutes and is garnished with radishes and crunchy almond sticks. For dipping, you can also use our recipe for a spreadable avocado spread or an avocado cream tray. With sour cream, onions, lemon juice, and fiery Tabasco, this goes well with bread, vegetables, meat, or fish as an alternative to butter and cream cheese. 4. 3 slice/s bacon

Wipe out the pan. Now put the butter in the pan and let it melt. Add the 2 slices of toast and fry on one side for about 3 minutes over medium heat – the toast should be an intense light brown color. Place the second slice of toast on top (toasted sides should face in) and return half of the retained fat to the pan. Fry the toast in it on one side for approx. 5 minutes at medium heat until crispy. Remove the sandwich, add the remaining fat to the pan, and finish frying the other side for 5 minutes over medium heat.
